Owen Burrows' Remmooz stepped forward with every start last summer, winning four of his six races. He caught the eye when finishing fourth in the Jersey Stakes at this track back in June and was last seen knuckling down well to see off Volterra in Listed company at Newbury. The step up to mile may bring out further progress.

Jonquil has been given some stiff assignments since landing the Greenham on his return last spring and only narrowly failed to claim top-level success in the French Guineas this time last year. He proved disappointing in Abu Dhabi in February and will hope to bounce back under Colin Keane.

Rashabar, second behind Jonquil in the Greenham, endured a frustrating 2025 campaign but ran with credit on more than one occasion and the drop to a mile is worth noting.

2.50 Saint-Cloud - Group Two Prix Du Muguet with Hugo Palmer's Seagulls Eleven among a decent field.

3.25 Saint-Cloud - Excellent Group Three over a mile and a quarter where Juddmonte filly Sunly returns for Francis-Henri Graffard.

5.53 Newcastle - Last-time winner The Cursor will have obvious claims.

6.30 Newcastle - Haggas runner Eklleem looks to go one better Well-bred Eljowhary debuts.
