CPD Law Societies Time for point allocation is usually as follows:
30 – 45 minutes = 0.5 points
60 – 80 minutes = 1 point
90 – 110 minutes = 1.5 points
120 minutes = 2 points

For legal practitioners in the ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS and VIC, CPD points are self-allocated into mandatory fields required each year and do not require accreditation from the respective law societies.

For legal practitioners in WA, there is a total of 6 points available. Delegates MUST sign in on the sheets provided at the sessions.
