Accommodation

Accommodation will be held at the following hotels. We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.
Within 30 days of the conference you will need to contact the hotel directly to see if the Conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.
All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified.

Bookings

The online registration form allows you to book available rooms. You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.
Please email us your accommodation requirements if you have already registered for the Conference.

Extended Bookings

Please email us if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference.

Changes and Cancellations

Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night’s accommodation. However, each hotel’s policy varies and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked. Please email us any cancellations and date changes.

Payment

Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.
You can arrange to pay your accommodation using a third-party credit card, e.g. a colleague’s work credit card, by completing the Credit Card Authorisation form below and email it to your confirmed hotel 30-days prior to the conference.
Please email us if you wish to be invoiced for your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.

Early Check-in Requests

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design. You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Rooms cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will have to pay a one night cancellation fee. Rooms cancelled 14 days prior to the event will have to pay a full cancellation fee. No shows we have to pay the full cancellation fee.

Situated on the doorstep of Perth’s city centre, the Ibis is a short walk away from shopping malls, the Swan River, and Kings Park. Standard Room - $159 per night

Cancellation Policy
At 30 days prior to arrival date the total accommodation booked will be charged to your credit card. Rooms cancelled after 30 days prior to arrival date must pay 50% of the total reservation cost. Rooms cancelled after 14 days prior to arrival date must pay 100% of the total reservation cost. For no show rooms, 100% of the accommodation cost must be paid.

Parmelia Hilton Perth

Queen Guestroom - $225 per night

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled after 28 days prior to the arrival date, a 1 night cancellation fee will be charged. If a guest does not show up, or the room is cancelled within 14 days, the guest will pay 100% of their full stay.
